1. Who operates Spatial
Spatial is independently operated by Juan Sebastian Estrada Tun. In this policy, “we” means Spatial's individual operator. For questions or privacy requests, contact sebastian@spatialinterior.app. This policy covers Spatial's website, web app and iOS app; some features are available on only one platform.
2. What information we handle
- Account information: your user ID, email and profile information supplied through Apple or Google sign-in.
- Your content: uploaded photos, prompts, drawing annotations, projects, generated designs, moodboards and reference images you choose to use.
- Purchases: subscription status, credit balances, usage and transaction records. Paddle or Apple handles payment details entered into its checkout.
- Optional connections: if you connect Pinterest, connection credentials and the boards, pins and reference images used through that connection.
- Support: feedback messages, help requests and the reply email you provide. The web feedback form does not collect screenshots or attachments.
- Android waitlist: the email address you submit for Android launch updates.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or device details, request and error logs, security checks and iOS notification tokens where applicable.
- Usage and advertising measurement: app-usage and purchase events, with associated identifiers, where the relevant integrations are enabled.
Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your design, and only upload content you are entitled to use.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, save your work, generate and edit designs, manage purchases and credits, answer support requests, send Android launch updates if you join the waitlist, understand feature use, measure advertising where enabled, and keep Spatial secure and working. Optional connections and iOS notifications can be managed separately from your account.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, legal obligations for relevant records, and consent where required for optional processing. We do not sell your uploaded photos, projects or support messages.
4. Services that help us run Spatial
We use service providers for the following purposes:
- Cloud hosting, storage and security providers: handle account and contact information, design content and support messages to run and protect Spatial.
- Google Vertex AI and AtlasCloud: processing prompts, images and references needed to produce the designs you request.
- Paddle: web purchases, subscription management and payment records.
- Apple and RevenueCat: App Store purchases and subscription information; RevenueCat also helps synchronize membership across platforms.
- Pinterest: the optional connection for browsing and selecting inspiration.
- PostHog and Google Analytics for Firebase: iOS app-usage measurement.
- Meta and TikTok: iOS advertising app events where enabled.
Providers receive information needed for their part of the service and handle it under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Processing may take place in countries other than yours. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.
5. Browser storage and website analytics
Spatial uses browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences and recovering ongoing work or purchase requests.
Some website pages use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure visits and use of the website. These technologies can use cookies or similar identifiers. Your browser's privacy settings may restrict them.
On iOS, analytics and advertising integrations may receive app-usage and purchase events with associated device or event identifiers. Advertising tracking permissions can be managed in iOS Settings where available.
6. Storage, security and deletion
Account and project information is kept while your account is active or until you delete it. Access controls and secure connections help protect it, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Authorized access may be needed to operate the service or respond to a support or security issue.
We keep Android waitlist emails while preparing and notifying you about the Android launch, or until you ask us to remove yours. They are used only for Android launch updates. Contact sebastian@spatialinterior.app to be removed.
Atlas Cloud states that its standard services may retain images and other content for up to seven days unless otherwise specified, after which the content is scheduled for deletion from Atlas-controlled systems. Other providers and underlying model services have their own retention rules. This temporary AI-processing retention is separate from your saved Spatial projects.
You can request account deletion in Settings. On the web, individual projects can be deleted through their project menu. A web account-deletion request starts a background cleanup of account content, connected-account records, stored media and web help/feedback records. This is not an instant erasure from every system. Cleanup differs between platforms; contact us if you need help removing remaining information.
Some billing, support correspondence, security and diagnostic records may remain where needed to handle transactions, refunds, disputes, abuse or legal obligations. A minimal deletion record is retained to prevent deleted data being recreated. Retention depends on those purposes and applicable legal requirements; we do not promise that every record disappears immediately.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel web subscriptions through Manage subscription/Paddle and iOS subscriptions through Apple.
7. Your choices
You can disconnect Pinterest, change iOS notification permissions and contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting on a request.
8. Children and updates
Spatial is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
